• A competent over 13 years of experience in various domains within Banking & Financial Services Industry. Have been a part of Wealth Management, Banking, Credit Card and Operations/Quality/Risk and Compliance in the Mutual professional with Funds industry.
• Proficient in Mutual Funds, Credit card, Asset Transfers & Banking industry.
• Extensive experience in gathering requirements, review and writing requirement gathering documents.
• Extensive experience in business writing skills, creating Business Requirements Document (BRD) & Functional Specifications Document across the deliverables of a project.
• Extensive experience in understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to the development team.
• Support functional testing of the application.
• Involved in preparing case studies for processes, and applications.
• Gather functional inputs from various areas for the Request for Proposal document.
• Efficiently & independently communicate directly with the business leads to gather the new requirements, translated them to the development & QA teams, resolve business issues, and perform end to end functional testing to deliver quality deliverables.
• Involved in Statement of Work, Proposal and Estimation documents, orientation documents.
• Possessing knowledge about prevalent financial market with excellent communication, analytical skills.
• Work closely with the business teams to identify required changes.
