Manage the production team responsible for synthetic knits sportswear (Apparels, Fabric & Accessories) controlling development, quality control & supply. Clocked turnover of 40 million Euro in year 2011.

Recruit and train motivated sports enthusiasts and ensure their proper orientation and integration with the organization.

Formulate the vision and strategy for my team in keeping with the Organizational vision.

Train my team for various Quality, Supply, Purchase and Technical subjects, “Negotiations” being my strength. 

Responsible for Business Development by sourcing new processes, products and suppliers offering new  innovative technical products  to the customers

Responsible for supplier evaluation and dynamism of my supplier panel. The business allocation to the supplier is done based on this evaluation.

Responsible for handling women and kid’s wear – reporting directly to the department manager.

Responsible for corresponding with Buyers and Vendors on product development and order negotiation & finalization.

Responsible for regular analysis of the orders placed with vendors in terms of quality, quantity and delivery schedule 

Responsible for coordination between quality assurance, quality control, shipping and finance departments within the company
