Prior to IMS, he has worked in the Health Care Life Sciences practice of Deloitte USI Strategy & Operations Consulting group where he delivered projects for Health Plans, Provider and Life Sciences clients in the US. With nearly 3 years experience as a consultant, he has advised healthcare organizations in the U.S (WellPoint, Tufts, Aetna, Cardinal, and Ohio Health etc.) and India (Eli Lilly, Takeda, Pfizer, Wockhardt etc.) He has deep expertise in advising pharma clients in entering new business segments (e.g. hospital business) and venturing into new therapy areas (e.g. diabetes). Saroj has an MBA Marketing from S.P.Jain Institute of Management & Research, a premier business school in India and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
