Inside Sales, Customer Support, Logistics- multilingual

I am currently working as a German / French Customer service and online marketing agent with Agoda in Bangkok. Due to the relocation of the travel operation department to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I am now looking for a new position in Bangkok.
I have worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a multilingual technical support Agent for AMD microprocessors. We were assisting both private clients and companies with processor- and graphics card related issues. Mostly German companies would call requiring assistance in implementing our products in their servers and specific programs.
Before I moved to Argentina, I was living and working in Johannesburg, South Africa with IBM for the account of ABN AMRO. Employees of the bank would call us regarding their network (server) and application issues which they encounter – we would then try to assist the employee in finding a solution. I gave technical support to the employees of the bank in three languages: German, French and Dutch.
I also had the opportunity – before moving to South Africa – to work with a maritime company in Ukraine. My main task at this company was the logistical handling (customs- documents, transport bookings) from Europe into Ukraine and assist customers in Germany and Belgium with feedback. Secondly I would actively prospect new customers in Europe and North Africa and assist in the sales process.
