 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design new Tooling/Jig/Fixtures and equipments.

 • Control all grinding process parameters for support New Model.

 • Analyze and lead the activities of troubleshooting and corrective/preventive action.

 • Follow up the result of problem solving.

• Support, develop, and maintain documents and procedures as per ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 requirement.

 • Lead and support the activities of process improvement such as Kaizen, Lean & 6 Sigma for reduce 7 Wastes (Muda, Mura, Muri)

 • Participate with Production Line, QA and Maintenance team to ensure line process is smoothly.

 • Coordinate with vendor for improves raw material as cost down and quality improvement.

 • Create WI, FMEA , ECN and Design testing method for existing and new line.

 • Coordinate the activities of machine installation.
