A senior performance-driven HRM and Administration professional with twenty six years of national and international exposures. Major areas of expertise include Competency-based HRM and Personnel Procedures, Strategic and Operational HR, SAP HR, Organizational Development, Change Management, Administrative Operations, USAID/UN operating procedures and Civilian- Military relations. The long seasoned career is equipped with comprehensive experience in diversified fields of Human Resources from basic HR function to HR Transformation. Attained a professional recognition of Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) from Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management. It is also worth mentioning that voluntarily retired from the Bangladesh Army as a ‘Major’ after serving in various important commands, operational, coordination and instructional capacities at different levels of the organization.
