Summary

I have 9.6 years of experience as Quality Assurance professional in electronics EMS- industry, I have expertise in assembly Quality Assurance testing, Reliability, and Design Verification & Systems Design Especially in the OEM -EMS industry augmented by a Master of Science degree in Total Quality Management. During this time I had the opportunity to work with some of the Latest Quality technologies and tools pertaining to quality.
In my last company I had the privilege to write draft Quality manual and I implemented EMC testing & guided a team of 97 members. Supports New Project implementation Activities, Monitor, troubleshooting, analyze, and improve the manufacturing and production process on quality issues to ensure smooth production line running. Played a stellar role in Quality Operation Management for multiple projects.

Þ      Managing over all quality assurance and control systems for AC-DC Motor-PCBA, including SMT, production process, incoming-supplier Management, and outgoing process’s according to ISO13485, TS-16949, OSHAS18000, ISO9001, ISO14001, IEC&IPC standards.
