• Have been the HR Manager more than 17 years from 25 years of my experience in field of overall HR, GA, Administration and Laws including good contact with government office, which mostly were at large and well-known manufacturing organizations.
• Have experience of setting up and developing HR policies, procedures, infrastructures and systems. During establish new IRC plant at Wangnoi and KR plant 3,and Norske skog
• Have good conceptual knowledge to set up compensation, benefits and welfare. I am the pioneer and setting up HR for Full Functions and GA in new plant (I.e.1993-1994, 1996-2001 and 2004-2008).
• Good command of English (TOEIC Score = 650).
• Have strong knowledge of Labor Law and Management. I was trained and certified for Safety Officer (Professional Level)(Management Level) and certified for Internal Auditor of SA8000, ISO9000, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.others training in and outside Thailand such as Singapore, China , Korea and Norway
