Human Capital Consultant

I have studied International Economics, Spanish, and Portuguese at UCLA while holding leadership positions in the Undergraduate Business Society and the student government. I have worked in wealth management as well as investment banking during college, learning Excel skills, financial modeling/ projections, and financial technologies such as Bloomberg. Upon graduation in 2012 I joined Deloitte Consulting where I have advised several Fortune 500 companies on organizational strategy and have helped corporations develop a business case for transformation. I have also helped design and implement service delivery models, including HR outsourcing, shared services, and HR technologies and processes. I am familiar with HR technologies such as SAP, Workday, and Oracle, and have assisted with the technological side of transformations as well. I also have a working knowledge of Tableau, Qlikview, and SQL.
