Summary

I had worked for a businessman for 2 and half years as his personal assistant. My tasked was to encode data, filling of records and phone handling. After that, I transferred to another company with similar task but with higher salary. For a change of environment I tried my luck in a call center industry. Fortunately, I was hired as Customer Service Representative. Payment over the phone and answers customers inquiries are my tasked then.
