    Role and Responsibilities:

    • I lead all I manage all IT/MIS activities of all IT application projects of the company using C#.NET and SQL 2005, both web and windows applications. I performed project manager of in-house application projects. I work with Management, Commercial Project Manager and Business Analyst to collect requirements, analyze them and estimate time and effort with team. I negotiate the scope and deliverables with users. I track project status and report to senior management and inform project team members.     Role and Responsibilities:

    • I worked with CIMBT as the IT Quality Assurance Advisor to involve in identifying quality needed in the IT Projects. I was the member of CMMI Level 2 implementation team to help CIMBT in process development and implementation. I am the trainer for PKT Consultant (http://www.pkt-consult.com/). The training class is Software Testing Workshop and then visit client site to help the client in evaluation of their testing process and product and process quality assurance.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • I had to ensure that every release of the application pass the exit criteria that we defined in the test plan. Test scenarios are developed and handle functional and quality features. Application is focus on health care service, then safety, security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability are the keys in develop the scenarios. I was responsible for ensuring the quality of the Patient Management and Electronic Medical Records areas through strategic use of automation and effective test planning and applied architecture. I worked closely with peers in development and program management to define the release plan and drive excellence.     • I worked with management team to implement CMM L2, ITIL and CMMI L3. I reviewed the processes and templates. I performed assessment team member of CMM L2 and CMMI L3 with Lead Assessor. I managed the quality team, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance and Testing. I advised test team members in creating testing processes. They had to ensure that the application under test pass the information security scenarios. I prepared training material for Project Management, Requirement Management, Unit Test and Integration Test.

    • I started work with team in developing the software development process follow CMM L2 framework. I involved in initiate IT policy. I performed process owner of quality assurance and configuration management.     Role and Responsibilities:

    • I verified the operation flow of the overall application. There were functionally test and non-functionality test. The scenarios test cases will show the application ability in term of features, behavior and quality. The quality here was included information security. The information of each branch should be seen by the own branch. Only authorized person can update information. Audit trial was enabling for important information such as staff clock in/out, sales and payment.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • I worked as developer to modify the source to conform to Y2K. The testing processes here were unit testing and continuity testing. My team had to ensure that the application was up and running after we finished application modification. I worked as a team member to develop program and module for program and data file conversion. I modified current Treasurer Application System base on user’s requirements.

    • I was responsible to ensure that application delivered to the users meet their requirements, included quality. I had to ensure that information flow from the stores to head quarter is correct and available up on request due to the business itself. Information is the significant tool to compete with the others. In order to do this the confidentiality, integrity, and availability are key quality that I have to achieve every time I release the new version to the store. I worked with vendor, Retailink and IBM, to implement RA/DOS (Retail Application/DOS). I prepared training manuals that suitable for many types of user and arranged Training Classes for Store Manager and Store Staff to use RA/DOS

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • I started working as developer. The information must be available to claim department up on request and by remote access by company branches. Users must see the same information shown on screen at the same time. Only authorized users can modify the policy type and customer’s information especially the premium. After 2 years, I worked as Audit Manager and System Analyst to ensure that all application developed under IT standard and reviewed performance of the system.
