Change/Transformation Manager

I have been involved in process, change & transformation work in one way shape or form since in 1974.

My main focus is on managing/leading the change to a business resulting from IT implementations but not exclusively so as I have also managed/led stand-alone process and organisational changes. I have worked in Europe, SEAsia, America and the Middle East but since 2011 have been residing in Thailand because Asia/SEAsia are fast emerging as the new world economic hub and as a consequence I want to instil change and transformation as the must have discipline in the region to help organisations compete in the world economy. I am also an on-line coach & mentor on all things process and change.

My work has been and continues to be recognised through the 80+ Recommendations and the 440+ Endorsements that I have been given here on LinkedIn.

In addition my contribution to the change & transformation community and my breadth and depth of experience has seen me honoured with a “Change Leader of Tomorrow Award” by the HRD World Congress “in recognition of my remarkable progress in initiating changes enough for others in the same industry to follow my example”.
