Responsible for all aspects of plant operation and management of 1,500 ton/month shot/grit production capacity in the continuous processing units include induction furnace melting, quenching, crushing, grain selective screening, grain blending and tempering.

• Production control by monthly production plan in term of output, materials, time, resource efficiency and yield.
• Monitoring, control and improve product QCD in materials, labor, energy, quality, yield and product R&D.
