Currently at OnMobile Global Ltd., I am leading a team to ensure end to end responsibility of product and service portfolios, starting from formulating strategic business plans, operational plans, and execution plans to post execution monitoring. My portfolio includes various telecommunication value added products e.g. RBT, RRBT, Mobile Radio, Entertainment Portal, Devotional Platform, Phone Backup, Quiz Contest, Sports Portal & Strategic Partnerships

Earlier at Robi Axiata Ltd., I was responsible for building a framework for sustainable business development between Robi and its’ corporate clients. I have taken appropriate measures to align the organization and its’ sales force to create a win-win for all stakeholders. I have also successfully rolled out the “Sales Performance Management” project under Renoir Group’s (UK based consulting organization) supervision in 16 districts of Bangladesh for Robi Axiata Ltd. This was an assignment for 8 months to transform pre-paid distribution channel.

I have 7 years sales, service, business development & account management experience including excellent track record of building new business, forging strong relationships with clients, developing partnerships and increasing company revenue through innovative and creative strategies. I work equally well in team-oriented and self-directed environments and find the challenges of the start-up setting stimulating. In addition to my experience and energy, I bring to the position an extensive knowledge of new ideas & products and trends that will make a valuable contribution towards your company’s goals of building an audience and growing the brand.
