Dept of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (DIISR)   
    Leading a team of up to 37 members consistently while directing the development of departmental SGMS (Strategic Grants Management System) while catering to a number of legacy programs, as well as driving new program initiatives.
    Closely coordinating with a number of divisions to consolidate system functionality with consistent business processes while deriving solutions based on the Clarity platform (for CA Technologies).
    Representing the department in high-stake meetings while liaising with and managing relationship with vendors.
    Acting as the SES Band 1 level in the absence of the General Manager of the Branch.
    Played a pivotal role in building and maintaining R&D Tax incentive system (TARDIS) – government’s largest program to stimulate innovation in Australian business and manufacturing sectors.

Canberra Hospital   
    Developed and managed an in-house application called PANDA (Prenatal and New Born Data Access) for the woman’s and children’s area of the hospital. (The system uses a web-based interface and is based on ASP and SQL technologies.)
    Involved in full application lifecycle from initial requirements and scoping to going live and into maintenance mode.
    Responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the hospital’s intranet and providing strategic advice on other IT issues to information management group.
    Managed technical aspects of the application/project and liaised with the clinical staff.
    Developed and maintained web pages/sites in ASP (as sole the developer) and SQL databases.
    Wrote OLAP cubes and crystal reports.
    Liaised with medical, clerical and IT staff for the development of various applications and web pages, as well as resolved related issues.
