The ability to handle complex assignments effectively the confidence to work as part of a team or independently.
Experienced in providing timely and up to date HR advice to both managers and employees whilst making sure both the employee and employers best interests are represented.
Extensive knowledge of working practices, recruitment, pay roll and conditions of employment. Enjoys being part of a successful and productive team, as well as managing, motivating and training. Thrives in high pressurize and challenging working environments.
