Currently handling contract staffing/freelancer employment cycle – (Preparing JD/Headhunting through various
sources/vendor management/shortlisting/interviewing – both telephonic and face to
face/documentation/Induction – on-boarding/performance evaluation)
* Handle PAN India manpower (contract staffing/freelancers) requirements for delivery (All projects).
* Channelizing the manpower requirements, through collages/vendors/consultancies/IT Training
Institutes/referral programmes.
* Ensuring the number of resources (Both IT and Non IT) required across 7 HUBS for Projects are met on a
regular basis, within the given budget.
* Special project requirements of recruiting manpower in smaller towns on/off contract is also delivered.
* Updating database of the freelancers’ pool time to time.
* Handled major manpower requirements for for various clients of more than 1000+ manpower resources,
across India, which includes IT administrators on a short-term basis.
* Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Management of Service Delivery.
* Manpower Planning: Planning manpower (IT/Non IT) for the delivery of the events.
